Are TwoBun’s products safe for animal consumption?
Yes, all of TwoBun’s enrichment treats are handmade with natural ingredients. It is completely safe for consumption as the ingredients used are not harmful to small animals.
Is preservatives added for the enrichments?
TwoBun’s enrichments do not contain any sort of preservatives. We only use dehydration for our treats.
Does the product come with an expiry date?
Most of our enrichments are made-to-order so the expiry date for most of the treats is 4 months upon the date of order. With proper storage, it can last more than 4 months but we do not guarantee the quality to remain the same as from the 1st month.
Is it suitable for all animals?
Our products are best suited for small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, and gerbils. If you intend to feed it to other animals, please check whether the ingredients used are edible for your pet.
How often should I give treats to my rabbit?
You can give treats everyday but do not overdo it. Ideally a few days is the perfect amount
How do I store homemade rabbit treats?
In cool, dry area with an air tight container away from the sun.
What should I do if my rabbit has an adverse reaction to a treat?
Please contact about Twobun and don't feed it to your bunnies any further.
Do your rabbit treats contain any artificial preservatives or additives?
Nope they do not!!! They are all made with all natural ingredients that are food-grade safe with no sugars added
Are your rabbit treats organic or made with natural ingredients?
Yes!!! All organic and fresh natural ingredients. We do not add sugar or any additives as they are not safe for animals
Can I give these treats to young rabbits (under 6 months old)?
No, young rabbits have sensitive stomachs so its best not to give them treats yet
Can I return or exchange the treats if my rabbit doesn’t like them?
If your bunnies do not like them, we will refund your money back

I have received the wrong product, what should I do?
If you have received the wrong product, please snapshot your order ID and send us an email at info@twobun.com We will guide you to get the product that you have ordered. Don’t worry! Since it is our mistake, the cost of reshipping the correct product is on us.
When will my order be shipped?
Upon order confirmation, you can expect us to ship out your order in 1 – 3 working days.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email once payment is made and confirmed. The order confirmation email will be sent to you within 3 days. Please ensure that you check your spam/junk as it can end up there sometimes.
